4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Violate any South African laws, including:
    • POPIA – unlawful processing of personal information

  • By posting content, you grant Ratethem a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for platform operation and promotional purposes.
  • Ratethem may remove or moderate content that violates laws or policies.

6. Moderation and Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or edit content that violates our policies.
  • Suspend or permanently delete accounts for repeated or serious violations.
  • Report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
